This policy explains how Manabuilt Pty Ltd collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use this site or engage our services.
What we collect
We collect contact details (name, email, phone, suburb and building) and project details (room dimensions, design preferences and notes) that you voluntarily provide via our planner and enquiry forms.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote, schedule your project, and stay in touch about work in progress. We do not sell or rent your data.
Storage and security
To understand which pages lead to enquiries, we keep the first page visited, referring website name and campaign labels in your browser tab for up to 30 minutes. These details are sent only when you submit an enquiry. We do not collect the referring page address, search terms or advertising identifiers, and do not send pageview analytics. We use this enquiry source information to improve our website.
Form data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in our website submissions database. Staff enquiry notifications are sent through our email relay using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES).
Access and removal
Email angus@manabuilt.com.au to request a copy of, or deletion of, any personal information we hold about you. We respond within 30 days.
