Everything happens on this site. Choose a package, add the upgrades you want, enter your address and bathroom details, then pick a start date and arrival window. We confirm by email within 60 minutes during business hours. No phone tag, no site visits.
Most Standard renovations take 4-6 weeks on site. Essential refreshes are typically 7-10 working days. Premium builds with structural changes can run 6-8 weeks. Your booking confirmation includes a day-by-day schedule.
Yes, for the scope you select. The total shown on the booking page is the price you pay, locked in when you submit. If we discover something genuinely unexpected once we open up walls, we pause and issue a written variation before any extra work begins. No surprise invoices at the end.
Not a problem. Your booking gets a quick double-check from us when it lands. If the numbers don't match reality, we send you an updated quote to approve before the start date. You can also adjust your booking online up to 7 days before we arrive.
Yes. Every Manabuilt project includes a body-corp documentation pack: scope of works, insurance certificates, waterproofing method, work hours, and trade contact list. We liaise with your building manager and submit notices on your behalf.
Yes. Manabuilt Pty Ltd holds a QBCC Licence (15572459), full public liability and home-warranty insurance. Every trade on our jobs is licensed in their own right: plumbing, electrical, waterproofing. All certificates filed on completion.
We do it every day. Most Brisbane apartments allow noisy work between 8am and 4pm on weekdays. We schedule loud demolition tightly, use anti-vibration tools, and finish with quiet work later in the day.
10-year workmanship warranty on all Manabuilt-installed work. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and fittings (typically 1 to 25 years). Waterproofing certified to AS 3740 with independent inspection.
Yes. Reschedule any time up to 7 days before the start date at no cost. Cancellations made more than 14 days out are fully refunded; closer to the date, a small materials-and-scheduling fee applies. All on the site, no phone calls required.
Yes, with caveats. Client-supplied items aren't covered by our material warranty and must be on site before install. Tell us in the booking notes and we'll plan around them.
