The bathroom planner shows indicative GST-inclusive budget ranges and records your design preferences. It does not calculate a quote. Submitting a plan requests a site inspection; it does not confirm a booking, reserve a date or accept a contract price. A written quote follows site assessment and agreed selections.
We receive your contact details, project notes and any selections from the bathroom planner. We contact you to discuss the renovation and arrange a suitable inspection time. The scope, written quote and renovation schedule are confirmed separately.

Duration depends on the room condition, agreed scope, building access, approvals and material availability. We discuss a project-specific schedule after inspection and confirm it separately from your online enquiry.
Tell us about your building's work hours, lift access, trade parking and approval process when you enquire. We coordinate the project documentation and work sequence with these requirements. Approval requirements depend on the building and scope and should be checked before work starts.
Workmanship terms for your agreed scope should be set out in the written quote and agreement. Manufacturer warranties for selected products may be separate. Ask which documents and terms will apply to your project before work begins.
Use approximate dimensions for early design planning and tell us they need checking. Dimensions, existing conditions and access will be confirmed at assessment before a project-specific written quote is agreed.
Tell us which fixtures you want to supply before the scope is finalised. We need to check dimensions, compatibility, delivery timing and installation requirements. Warranty responsibilities for supplied items should be confirmed in the written agreement.
