Manabuilt was founded to do one thing properly: kitchen and bathroom renovations across Brisbane. The kind of work that demands lift bookings, body-corp diplomacy, and slab-friendly engineering, alongside finishes that wouldn't look out of place in a hotel suite.
Why apartments?
Because they're hard. Every floor is someone else's ceiling. Every wall hides a riser. Every job has rules, and rules change between buildings.
After a decade across freestanding homes and townhouse builds, we saw the same gap everywhere: builders who could deliver a beautiful bathroom in a 400 m² home, then trip over a 4 m² apartment ensuite.
Manabuilt was built for the harder one. Smaller spaces. Tighter constraints. Higher stakes. We don't compete on volume. We compete on getting the small, complicated ones exactly right.
